This print is made from my original artwork Walk in the Rain created for the Noguchi Museum's 2024 banner contest with the theme of “labor”. The work is inspired by Art Nouveau and Japanese Ukiyo-e (Woodblock Print), incorporating parasol imagery and radial composition. My intention was to show the concept of "labor of love" involved in walking your dog in the rain.
Printed on premium 110lb cardstock with a soft, lightly textured finish, it captures the richness of detail and color beautifully.
